Peaceful countryside location, reasonably priced, beautiful hotel, authentic Spanish style, good restaurant food, friendly and accommodating staff.

I loved staying at this hotel. The peaceful location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the three pools to the spacious rooms with great air conditioning. The staff was very accommodating and they provided excellent breakfast options. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located for transportation to various nearby locations, from the immediate area to remote villages.

During our stay at Hacienda San Vicente, we were blown away by the beautiful Spanish architecture and the comfortable rooms. The beds were incredibly cozy, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, although it did take a bit longer to be served. The location was peaceful and serene, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The friendly and accommodating staff made us feel welcome throughout our stay. With its proximity to Isla de Flores and other attractions, we found the hotel to be conveniently located for exploring the area. we highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Guatemala.

Such an amazing stay! the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with great air conditioning. Plus, the staff was amazing and extremely helpful. the location was perfect - just a quick drive from the airport and only a short trip away from Tikal. the food was always delicious and made for a great start to each day.

It would have been helpful if the staff had more information about nearby activities. It seems like they weren't able to offer much assistance with planning trips or providing recommendations.
